Muay Thai is recognized globally as the most effective striking art today. Thailand's national sport, Muay Thai, is based on simplicity and effectiveness. Honed over 2000 years, it is a graceful blend of punches, elbows, knees, and kicks. The core of Muay Thai is its effectiveness in real situations, be it in the ring or on the street. It relies on simple moves and efficient movement to generate maximum power.

Background

Evolve is the largest overseas branch of the Sityodtong Gym in Thailand. The Sityodtong Gym is widely recognized as the most respected Muay Thai Gym in Thailand for producing the most number of Lumpinee Muay Thai World Champions in history. Evolve is recognized by the grandfather of modern Muay Thai, Kru Yodtong, as a conservator of Muay Thai. The Sityodtong Muay Thai Program at Evolve is authentic Muay Thai as taught by the legendary Kru Yodtong in Thailand. In addition to having permanent Sityodtong certified instructors at Evolve, the Sityodtong Gym in Thailand sends all of their professional fighters, elite trainers, and World Champions to teach Muay Thai at Evolve on a scheduled rotating basis.

  • You will be eligible to attend regular field trips to Thailand with access to ringside seats at Lumpinee Stadium, the highest pinnacle of Muay Thai.
  • With the approval of an Evolve instructor (and only if you want to), you will be eligible to fight in a real professional bout in Thailand.
